- Develop document management process, including policies and procedures; assessment of the effectiveness of this program subject to audit by third party
- That equipment, procedures, and personnel used by contractors are suitable and up to standard
- That casing bowl welding procedure be detailed
- That steel mill heat certificates for casing and drill pipe be submitted
- That Alberta Recommended Practices pipe specifications be used at minimum
- That EUB Calgary South Field receive dailing reports
- That EUB Field Surveillance attend pre-spud meetings
- That EUB drilling rig inspections take place
- That drilling take place between summer months only
- That ignition is implemented within one minute of ignition criteria
- That all components of the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) be tested
- That sensitive individuals be identified within the awareness zone
- That the ERP is fully understood and implemented, including drilling updates
- That all individuals in the EPZ are notified prior to drilling in the critical zone
- That air be monitored for H2S and SO2
- That adequate municipal and provinical resources be available in case of emergency
- That details of the ERP be updated and current
- That the company meet with affected emergency planning organizations to prepare contingency plan
