The mine would be located east of the Athabasca River, in Twp 98, Ranges 9/10, W4M. The project includes the mining and processing of oil sands from the western portion of Lease 13. The application consists of approval for a truck and shovel operation, a bitumen extraction plant, a bitumen froth treatment plant and supporting infrastructure.
